I’ve been a dietitian and nutritionist for over 25 years, and my passion lies in helping people feel their best through nutrition. I am a wife, mother to 4 amazing children, a special needs mom, parent volunteer, chaufer, maid, cook, caregiver, sports mom, you get the drill!! I understand life and how it can be messy, stressful, busy, chaotic but so very amazing! I can help you make a nutritious lifestyle fit into your own busy so that it’s something manageable, achievable and realistic! A Simple Approach to Nutrition!
